One of the coolest ideas you can try with your phone is to make a simple projector that displays your movies and videos on the wall — just like being at the cinema!
The idea is super easy, the experience will definitely be special, and you’ll be amazed by the simple materials you’ll need.
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
Peace be upon you, my dear friends.
In this new lesson on the “Hasoubak” blog, we’ll learn how to make a simple and highly effective projector that gives you a unique experience of watching everything from your phone projected onto your wall in a large screen size.
All we’ll need is a transparent light bulb and three glass covers, as shown in the attached picture.
Let’s start this fun experiment together! 🎥✨
All you have to do is make two openings in two of the glass bottle caps, as shown in the picture.
These openings will allow the light to pass through and focus in the desired way.
As for the third cap, leave it as it is, without any modifications — it will be used later as a base to hold all the components together.
Next, glue the three caps onto a piece of cardboard, as shown in the picture.
They should be arranged in a triangular shape, which will make it easier later to fix both the phone and the lamp inside this setup.
This triangular design helps focus the image more effectively and provides better stability for the components while projecting the video onto the wall.
Now we come to the most challenging part of the experiment — emptying the light bulb of its internal components and then filling it with water.
Start by carefully removing the inner parts step by step, focusing on this section of the bulb first to avoid breaking it during the process.
(Be cautious when handling the bulb, as it’s fragile and can break easily.)
After finishing opening and emptying the bulb, carefully fill it with water.
Next, turn on your phone using the Max Player app, which I highly recommend for this kind of experiment.
For the best projection on the wall, it’s advisable to slightly increase the brightness in the app until you achieve the clarity and image quality you desire.
Next, position your phone screen upside down and secure it inside the glass cap as shown.
Then, aim the water-filled bulb directly at the wall.
Now, enjoy the amazing cinema-like projection experience! 🎬✨
Important Note: For the best results, make sure to conduct the experiment in a dark or dimly lit room so the image appears clearer on the wall.
As you can see, this is the final result, my dear friends — a truly amazing experiment in every way!
Using simple and inexpensive tools like a transparent light bulb and just three glass caps, we were able to create an incredible homemade projector.
Enjoy watching your favorite movies and videos on the wall just like in a cinema, all without spending much at all.
A fun and exciting experience for everyone! 🎥✨
If you enjoyed today’s experiment and lesson, don’t forget to like and share.
Peace, mercy, and blessings of Allah be upon you.
